1:1 One-stop service with the Coordinator in Charge
The coordinators of the International Healthcare Center in Bundang Jesaeng Hospital take the role of not only providing interpretation, but providing help for the patients and their families so they can focus on the treatments comfortably. Their help includes providing help for necessary parts during the patients stay in Korea as well as accompanying to hospital related business or treatments. From before the visit to next visit, everything will be taken care of.

Consultation request
Diagnosis, operation, treatment requests are received through on/offline

Treatment plan document provision
For inquiries, an examination/ treatment plan and medical expense estimate will be provided based on the corresponding department specialist’s opinion.

Airport pick-up
We provide vehicle services for the patient and their guardians upon arrival and on the day of departure.

Treatment
All treatments take place with the coordinator’s 1:1accompanying.

Hospitalization · Operation
If needed, you will be hospitalized and undergo treatments as well as operations. 24-hour on-call interpretation services will be provided.

Follow-up management
After returning home, you will receive follow-up management through the coordinator in charge.
